[ Q ] Do The bicycles come assembled?

The bicycles come 90% assembled through factory sealed and professionally packaged boxes. You will need minor assembly which include attaching handlebars, saddle, pedals, front wheel, brake calipers. As well as adjusting, tightening, and basic tuning before riding. As this can all be done by yourself, we HIGHLY advise you have the bicycle assembled by a professional mechanic at your local bike shop. 

[ Q ] How fast do you guys ship? Do you guys have a store? Can I pick it up? 

We ship and fulfill every order as they come. Tracking is available upon request as well as confirmations of order placed, processing, and shipped. As of right now, we are operating out of a warehouse located in Los Angeles, CA. Our will-call option is available for customers to pick-up orders. 

[ Q ] Do the bicycles come with a warranty?

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return all unopened and unused merchandise back in its original packaging within 1 week of your purchase. Our team will evaluate your order and find ways to better our procedures and make your shopping experience with us pleasurable.
